We are more concerned about cleaning the anus than the vag.
Is it the same douche process?

Hi- You want her to take a warm bath and an "enema" there are attachments at some adult stores that you can use in your shower to go through this process, use warm water while using the attachments. Read up about enemas online and you will get the general idea.

Drugs stores sell disposable douches to cleanse the vagina, and disposable enemas to cleanse the anus (lower intestines). Douches should not be used more than once a month, after the menstrual period. If there is still an unusual odor or discharge, it more likely than not, indicates the presence of a bacterial or yeast infection which requires a prescription medication from a clinic or private doctor's office immediately.

if she shaves down there,
washes regularily (not aggressively),
airiate the area and keep it dry,
and she still smells bad, then she might be having an infection and she should see a doctor.
if this is not the case, then i recommend the above mentioned plus eating healthy food and loss of some weight if she was obese..
as for the anus, enema would work, but not very often and not aggressively..

No no, this is self internally cleaning. Yes by all means give the outside a good scrub but if she starts interfering internally, she will upset the natural pH balance and at the mildest scenario end up with a terrible case of thrush, worst....well it won't be pleasant.

Douche? You mean you don't have douche where you live? Where do you live, by the way?
a water and vinegar douche is supposed to clense the vagina. But if your wife is having vaginal smell, then maybe she needs to go to the doctor, she could have a yeast infection.

Sorry but the female genetalia naturally cleanses itself. Douching, if that's what you're referring to, will only make things worse in the long term and possibly cause an infection.

Perhaps you are a kind of cleany guy and your wife is ok?! Very careful cleaning is bad for health as it may result in thrust and intestinal illness. Be wise!

definitely an enema. and by the way, it's going to be hard to play that game and NOT have something show up on you afterwards. (if you know what i'm saying)

Her body naturally cleanses itself when she has her period. If she does anything else it can cause bacteria introduction and she can get infections.
Get out of the stone ages and leave your wife alone.

I would have thought taking a bath would cleanse her - back and front.
