my bf had sex with a woman. then after 1 year and 7 months he met me and he told me everything. i told him to go and do the stds and aids test so he went and all came negative. he told me that after her he went with no one. now i'm worried and i dont want to have sex with him cause he has diarrhea once a week. can it be aids.? the doctor told him to rest his head cause he has nothing. should i worry?

Diarrhoea is not a symptom of H.I.V.
one test is not sufficient to determine that you are not either infected or a carrier. You should have him retested and make sure you see the results, don't just take his word for it. Tests always have written results, never jyst verbal confirmation.
Not sure why he has to rest his head for bowel problem, seems a bit suss to me

Thats very speculative, I dont know and also doubt that diarrhea has anything to do with HIV/AIDS.
Make him get tested again, and thoroughly checked out by a doctor, if you are concerned for someones well-being make sure you make it obvious you do.

He may have bronchitis. You get the squirts when you have it. He should go to the doctor.
