Avoid processed foods. You end up doing a lot of cooking from scratch. Use a lot more whole wheat in everything, even buy whole wheat or half and half pasta. Eat brown rice. Limit servings of these starches. Really limit potatoes and white rice and sweet stuff (ok to have it, but keep the portions small!! If you had potatoes for supper, don't have a small piece of pie until quite a while later. Or take less potatoes so you can have pie.) Remember that you are at risk for heart trouble, so limit saturated fats like in bacon or sausage or butter. Don't eat out very much, because those foods usually aren't very healthy, or limit portion size. Really, you mostly just have to eat a healthier diet than most americans do, and you can eat that starchy and sweet stuff, just not so much. And avoid juices and especially sugar pop, that stuff is just too much. Sometimes I make pie for my hubby and put that splenda stuff in there, or make diet jello or pudding. To make the pudding less monotonous, I put flavor extracts in there, like put 1 teaspoon orange extract into a 4 person serving package of chocolate pudding and mix it up, or maple extract into vanilla pudding. Your health plan may entitle you to some nutrition classes, they are super helpful, sign up for one if you can! Medicare does cover that, if you have that.

I am writing to tell you what an incredible impact these methods had on my life! I have had type 2 diabetes for 27 years. For me, the worst part of this horrible disease is the severe pain I constantly get in my feet. The pain is so bad that I avoid standing and walking as much as possible. I've got to tell you that within the first month, my feet stopped hurting altogether and I can now walk totally pain free.

Believe it or not, I even danced at my niece's wedding last month, something I have not done in a many years. I've been following the book for six months now and my blood sugar is well within normal range. I feel great!

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

Well, I would like to suggest a longterm solution in managing diabetes and freeing yourself from the dependency on insulin.
