A vegetarian that doesn't eat any meat at all is called a vegetarian. A vegan abstains from consuming or using ANY animal-derived foods or products, including meat, dairy, eggs, fur, leather, wool, cosmetics and cleaners with animal byproducts, etc.

If there is another word for vegetarian I'm afraid I don't know it and cannot find it out from anywhere. Vegetarians do not "eat any meat at all". That's the point. Vegetarians do not eat anything which requires the animal to be killed.
Veganism is a type of vegetarianism. Vegans do not eat or use any animal products at all.

Vegetarian like you said. But, if you're refering to the ones that doesn't eat anything that comes from animals (eggs, milk, etc, etc) then they are called Vegans.
