Initially very short of breath--sometimes wake up gasping--need to sleep with torso elevated.
But after about one year careful exercise every day I completed two 300 mile bike trips and now hike and snowshoe and live very normally.

Heart attack was extremly bad 6 years ago so with good diet, exercise and good attitude it can be overcome.

The ones I have seen had drooping of the left eye and serious trouble breathing plus spent many more hours laying in bed resting. Memory lapse was very common as well as being less talkative.
