If you don't know, what would be your best guess? ie - 1 out of X.
And why?

Perhaps I should add that my stupidity was merely hypothetical, being that it wasn't mine to be, on account of the fact the question itself was posed strictly... hypothetically. "peace" was on to me.
I want to know what you think and why: by what reasoning or source of information did you arrive at your guess or conclusion.

The vast majority of us on this site are not medical professionals. How would we even come up with an educated guess? Why are you asking now...don't you think you should have figured that out before you had unprotected sex with an infected female? Sheesh!
That said, I guess you never said you DID have unprotected sex, I merely jumped to an unfair conclusion. Sorry for the lecture if you were not asking on your own behalf.

Do you have any open sores on your penis? Is she bleeding? Was the sex rough? Rough sex can cause tearing of skin or lining in the vagina.
Basically there is no way of knowing if you contracted the virus without testing but some circumstances will increase the risk of exposure. The virus will need an avenue to enter your body like an open wound, sore or other such condition. The urethra is sensitive inside the penis so the back and forth motion of sex will push body fluids up the penis shaft and the virus can enter that way. The fluids in her vagina would have to have blood mixed with the secretions in order for you to contract the HIV virus. Urinating after sex, for a man, can decrease the risk of various bacteria from entering the body, as the urine cleans the urethra to some extrent. But for goodness sakes use a protection.
The odds of you contracting HIV with a female that is bleeding or that has open sores, while you as well have open sores is extremely high. Your question is vague without other factors being considered. RN

I don't know for sure I have just heard that it isn't a 100% chance that a girl will get it from an infected guy and the chances of a guy getting it from a girl is even less. (Chances are still high of course). I heard for girls fluids get into their bodies through tears in the vagina that occur during sex. I don't know how it works with guys. Did this happen to you?

It only takes once, so I'd say 100%. Get tested, be safe.
