Bananas have pottasium which helps in cases of high blood pressure,despite the high calorific value of Bananas.Apples,Cucumber and Papaya are also considered good for high blood pressure.I would even say water melon as it is good for the kidneys which have an important role to play in cases of high blood pressure.

Banana probably is the best one,but oranges and their juice are good for your heart. i have high blood pressure , and cranberry juice make me feel better. apples make you feel full because of the fiber, so you tend to not be so hungry and can manage your weight , in case that contributes to the problem. i've heard that watermelons, and any melons help too. anyway how can you go wrong eating any fruit? they all have their benefits, and taste good too.

no fruit is harmful.apple is especially good because of its potassium content.garlic is pr oven to be a great remedy provided it is taken regularly over a period of time.salt intake should be minimum .no fatty food and a daily brisk 30 min walk will help a great deal .eat a balanced diet with lots of greens.

They should include fresh fruits & veg in their diet.should consume potassium rich fruits like banana&oranges & veg like spinach,carrot,potato.nuts are also good.salt &saturated fats shouldn't be taken. diet should mainly include electrolytes,calcium, potassium & magnesium in it.

Next is banana. You should also take apple.
