I am writing to tell you what an incredible impact these methods had on my life! I have had type 2 diabetes for 27 years. For me, the worst part of this horrible disease is the severe pain I constantly get in my feet. The pain is so bad that I avoid standing and walking as much as possible. I've got to tell you that within the first month, my feet stopped hurting altogether and I can now walk totally pain free.
Believe it or not, I even danced at my niece's wedding last month, something I have not done in a many years. I've been following the book for six months now and my blood sugar is well within normal range. I feel great!
I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

I use the food guide as a source. Five fruits and veges are best. You only have to eat a 1/2 cup or fruit to make it a serving. A small apple a few grapes, etc. The sugar in fruit is different than in a cookie. You just have to check your sugar after you eat them a few hours later to see what they do to your sugar. Everyone seems to me has different results. I put cinnamon on my apples to give them a nice flavor. The Cinnamon in some studies suggest that your sugar will stabilize using Cinnamon.,

Jambul is the only fruit helps to control diabetes. If you can get Noni fruit, there is nothing like that. If not, drink noni herbal fruit juice twice a day on empty stomach.

Any and all fruits are great.
Just count the carbs.Never stop counting.
As a rule, dried fruits have more sugar than fresh fruits. So you can eat less for the same number of carbs.
If you enjoy canned fruit- as i do- read the back and measure carbs. Use medication and exercise to balance your carb intake.

Stay away from canned fruits. The manufactures put sugar in it and it triples in calorie count! As long as it's not in a can or marked unsweetened canned fruit, all fruits are fine, but count the calories of each fruit and stay within your proportion size and Diet limit.

As long as sugar is well controlled to within normal limit(80 to 140 mg%) any fruit can be consumed but in limit . Like one fruit per day.More than one if you are missing one of your meal and taking your medicine regularly.

Any kind of fruits can a diabetic person can eat, just not too much in a day because their blood sugar will go high, especially BANANA 'cause it has a lot of potassium.
