You can have high blood sugars if you have and infection or if you are on steroids for asthma or some other respiratory disease. You should always check a fasting blood sugar (before you eat in the morning) because it's more accurate. Either way, you should see your doctor and get your sugar under control. Well, having a blood sugar of 200 is not normal for anybody, obviously. Your body can react to various triggers whether emotional or physical that can cause a high blood sugar. But if you or somebody you know is having this high bg, then I recommend they get to a doctor and get tested for Diabetes as soon as possible. The longer you wait the worse it can get. Take care.

No. Even if someone doesn't have it and eats a lot of sugar an then checks their blood sugar it won't be that high. Go to your doctor. You need to get your blood sugars under control.

200 is normal after a meal up to 3 hours later what you need to do is not eat or drink anything but water after 8pm next morning at 8 am test your blood see what it is if over 130 see a doctor.
losing weight no sugar avoiding pasta can help.
