If you are adventurous and love food, ask the server what he/she would recommend. Try something different than you usually have.

dimsums of chinese cuisine are as famous as sushi of japan, they are the steamed puddings made of soft dough(stuffed with veg or meat or seafood or even plain),u got to try those, then ask if they have chinese roast duck .its a whole duck
they'll get u the whole roast duck in a small trolley, then u can have the duck skin as starter, then they'll take the duck back and get u some pancakes with duck meat, cucumber and some hoisin sauce, they also get a soup made out of the same duck meat.then for the main course u c an have the breast parts of the duck,so its a coplete meal by itself.otherwise u can order some some starter soup and maincourse as u like.but the dimsums and the roast duck are two most popular things in chinese cuisine.chinese cuisinie is spicy ,so check with the waiters and chefs before u order.dimsums are all non spicy.have a nice time.

Ask if their steamed dumplings are home made. If they are, no doubt, order that and a pot of hot tea. Great time of year for those, and they are very filling and low in fat.

Otherwise, order the fried rice with whatever meat you prefer. Get a little cup of hot chili oil on the side and mix in a few drops of it.

Although if you can try the dim sum experience, do it. You will be full for days.

Dim sum is a definite choice. My favourites would be sweet and sour pork and steamed pork bun. I would reccommend you to try different things everytime, though.
