A typical blood glucose level would be 70-110mg/dl. In truth, things are actually more complicated because some people may have "normal" glucose level, but abnormal glucose tolerance. Impaired glucose tolerance is 140-200mg/dl 2hours after ingestion of 75g of glucose. Also, a blood glucose level of 100-125mg/dl may be a sign of upcoming diabetes.

Normal is 95mg, 94 is low, 96 is above. The thing is that you're Doctor will find were you should be and what to expect at what he limits. The Average is 103 on the Normal scale, but to Blow Joe who weighs 390 lbs it might be low,... considered by some Doctors or caregivers scince he loads 450lbs motor blocks at the Doc all day and would be determine by his resting period. It would depend on the scale your Doctor or Caregiver sets you up with which will determine your high, your low and your Normal. Keep the Faith.
