For a light-ish breakfast (or lunch or dinner), just serve the huevos rancheros with some warm flour tortillas. (Key: Tortillas must be hot!) Fresh orange juice, and/or some cut-up fresh fruit (watermelon, cantaloupe, pineapple, mango) would be lovely additions.
For a more substantial breakfast (or lunch, or dinner), serve some frijoles refritos alongside. Always, always serve with those hot flour tortillas. (Frijoles refritos from a can are perfectly good; if you don't like the regular ones you can select from black bean ones, or vegetarian frijoles. If you just plain don't like frijoles refritos, serve black beans or hash brown potatoes) Again, cut-up fresh fruit is always nice with a Mexican breakfast dish.
Beverage: Hot coffee (make it with a cinnamon stick added if you like) or Mexican hot chocolate (The chocolate is solid, not powdered, and you break off part, put it in a saucepan of milk, heat and stir. Brands are Abuelita, Ibarra, and La Preferida or La Favorita; they're found in the Hispanic foods section of the market.)

Congratulations on you getting a Top Contributor Badge in the Wrestling Section.I remember when I first joined Yahoo Answers, on another account, in September 2009, it was months before I got my Top Contributor Badge. On the way there, I made some enemies since I was a new user who didn't understand what Yahoo Answers was truly about, but ever since then, I've became a much better answerer, and when I do ask a question, I ask pretty good questions. Its nice to see that there are still some good, fresh, up and coming users in this section, to replace the other good and bad users that used to come up here, that left, due to trolls and a busy schedule.I've been here a good while, since September 2009, so I've seen the Wrestling Section when it was the best times.I've been here when there would be fifty answers to a question, with questions being asked every ten-thirty seconds, making it very impossible to focus on a few questions, without all of the rest of those questions being moved to different pages.Congratulations on the Top Contributor Badge! While some of the roster didn't get matches at Wrestlemania this year, I do think WWE are still planning on going on ahead with the Youth Movement, which is why Miz retained his WWE championship at Wrestlemania, and Alberto Del Rio challenged for the World Heavyweight championship at Wrestlemania. In the next few years, we will probably see WWE fully transition into the Youth Movement.

Huevos Rancheros are great for any meal.
You can eat them alone, or dress them up with avocados, green onions and tomatoes, smother los huevos en salsa or chili con queso. Perhaps add a side of chorizo or other sausage, fried potatoes, fresh fruit, tortillas, refried beans, corn, rice... The list can be a large as your appetite.
Happy eating.

these are a great brunch item since they can be a little on the heavy side.....
my mamí makes them like this:
she will fry a corn tortilla until it is almost crisp then in the little well that is left in the middle she would break an egg in there until it was sunny side up.....take it out and place it on a plate, put some frijoles with chorizo on the side, put either red or green salsa on top...
then on the side i would have a cup of atole and some conchitas or coffee and fresh fruit......
ummmmmmm.......Damn...i am hungry now....MOM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

For an American take on the meal: hot biscuits, fresh fruit salad, and coffee.
For a more Mexican approach: tortillas, refried beans, ice tea, and sopapillas to finish up with!
