If the sushi has been left at room temperature for 4 hours I would throw it out. Raw ,dark fleshed, fish have an added risk of scromboid poisoning. When un-cooked dark meat fish is left at room temp...their flesh develops histomines...so if you eat any of the 4 hour old tuna, mackeral, bluefish or mullet you will get a severe allergic reaction

in australia and worldwide, 1/3 of sushi places do not keep their sushi refrigerated. Many food diseases are found in these places.

After 2 hours in normal room temp 21 degrees celcius, throw it out for safety... otherwise you are risking it.

2 hours is the safety limit for any food including cooked vegetables, cooked pasta, MEAT, fish, etc..

It is okay if it was frozen but in the fridge the bacteria or parasites become more numerous and the fish will taste terribull

I would answer a strong NO! The texture would be the giveaway let alone the stench.

If it was sitting at room temp, then no. If it was on ice, then you'd be ok.
