Great! Try Adana kebab, dolmas (stuffed vines leaves and/or peppers), börek (Turkish Cornish pasty, very often filled with ricotta and spinach), lahmaçun (pizza, but not so much dough), pide (spiced minced meat on a bread base). And, of course, a çoban salad (which has feta cheese and olives in it).
If you're into desserts, you can finish with a small plate of baklava (small rolls of filo pastry with a nut filling - usually pistachio - and drenched in syrup) very sweet, but delicious.

Yes, it is very good.
And even though Turkey is a Muslim country it has a wine industry, and some Turkish wines are quite good. Hopefully, wherever you are going for your meal will have some.

Depends where you are and what the restaurant is like. If there's a lot of competion it can be very good indeed. Not as spicy as some middle-eastern stuff and often cheaper. Have a sweetish white wine with it (not if you're driving).
