Um, at this point, those two terms are mutually exclusive. The fast food industry doesn't care about us yet... They generally do what it takes to be fast and cheap, and because most of them own their own slaughter houses etc., it is easier for them to use the "leftovers" as random fixens' in products you would think are vegetarian.
