Since that is so close to the time that some are going to lunch I would def. have some meat too try this dip it is great and people love it for the most part......
1/2 pkg. immitation crab meat
1 8 oz. pkg cream cheese
and about 3/4 of a jar of cocktail sauce
just tear apart the crab meat mix with the cream cheese and then stir in sauce until desired flavor.....serve with ritz type crackers
then you could do little smokies or meatballs in a crockpot
the fruit tray everyone else suggested would be good too
veggies and dip
chips and salsa
and then make or buy a cookie tray full of diff. types of cookies
that should tide them over until supper and keep them munching without too big of a mess!
Also spinach artichoke dip is good too if you look at www.cooks.com and search for hot spinach artichoke dip that will get you some recipes and those tortilla shells full of whatever cream cheese mixture you like and then cut in slices always go good......good luck hope these iideas help you!

I would serve coffee and then provide the flavored creams - so people can get a healthy dose of caffeine, along with iced tea, bottles of water and soft drinks. I would buy the box of individual bags of peanuts and also some of the little cheese & crackers and peanut butter and crackers. I would sit out a bowl of apples, oranges and bananas. Buy several boxes of different Lil' Debbies snacks - they are individually wrapped and look attractive when taken out of the boxes and displayed in baskets. You could also go with Individually wrapped peppermints & cinnamon discs & bubble gum (to help with mental alertness) in small baskets placed strategically throughout the meeting room.

Nothing too sweet that time of the day. You will get a lot of drifters, if a lot of sugar is involved.
I would get a cheese tray with some crackers. Maybe get a salad shop to make you a fruit salad, or just get a fruit tray.

- Fruit Tray (make yourself, it is so easy and the premade ones at the supermarket are super expensive)
- Veggie Tray (again, make your own)
- Chips and Salsa
- Cheese and Crackers
- Cookies
This menu is healthy but provides enough variety to please a large group. In addition, it is relatively inexpensive and easy to prepare.

Try hot wings the ones that are already pre-cooked; it takes about 15 minutes to heat up in the oven.

Sandwich tray, fruit and cheese tray with toothpicks. You don't want anything messy, and it's healthier than what most people serve. Also, serve some soft drinks, bottled water and coffee/tea..
