My mother is 68 years old and suffers from high blood pressure since 18 years. She is taking daily a multivitamin (Multicentrum) since 1 month. Does it increase somehow her blood pressure?

Multivitamin does not influence Blood pressure in any way.

Remember that there is no storage facilities for vitamins in our body. So there is no possibility of accumulative effects whatever length of time you have been taking it.

No, it shouldn't increase her blood pressure. Without knowing what vitmin she is taking and it's ingredients though, it is hard to say if there may be some interaction with her medications. Your best bet is to ask your pharmacist or your doctor. But in my years of nursing I have never seen a vitamin cause elevated blood pressure.
