The problem with these nasal sprays is that after 3 days of use you can get what is called rebound congestion. Your will more swollen than when you started. If you are having continuous congestion, you do need to see a doctor. It could be allergies, sinus infection and the doctor needs to determine if it is viral or bacterial. Until you see your doctor you can do things like take hot showers and inhale the steam, use a saline nasal spray, drink plenty of water and proving you have no allergies to medications, high blood pressure or kidney disease, you can try an over the counter medication such as Benadryl (can make you sleepy), Claritin or Claritin-D, or some plain pseudoephedrine. But please call your doctor.

Claritin D-12 works best but I would say you may have a sinus infection. You need to call the Doc.

The manufacturer thinks and claims congestion will disappear in three days.
If it doesn`t buy another bottle preferably of another brand.
