Please get your butt to a doctor ASAP! You need to be evaluated for your symptoms. A doctor is bound by laws and their oath to not falsify a medical record. If the doctor didn't put in your record that you had a heart attack, providing you really have one, it could cost you your life later on down the road. Your medical record needs to be complete and accurate in order to provide you with the best and safest treatment for illnesses and injuries. I agree with the other answer, immigration is more concerned about you being a drug dealer, terrorist or murderer than if you have a heart attack. Now get to the phone and call 911!

No. Your doctor is bound to record the facts of your health. If you indeed have a heart attack, it goes in your record.

You can ask him to downplay it in the records but do not fail to tell him all of your symptoms or you may never get to apply for your visa.

Actually if you have health insurance why would it matter? I do ot believe immigration looks at your health records anyway though. They will look at work records and arrest records though.

Why not wait to see if you're having a heart attack?

And stop typing and call an ambulance!

Probably not. He's obligate to disclose any medical records of you if the government asks for them.

He can lose his license if found guilty of perjury.
