Pretty much you want to be off of anything that would make it more likely for you to bleed for a while if you've had a hemorrhage into your brain (there may be exceptions to this if there are very serious problems with clotting elsewhere, everything is a balance, but you would have to have a very, very good reason to be on any sort of anticoagulant or antiplatelet agent with a cerebral hemorrhage).
