So... most likely she would have to be bleeding profusely from her hand while preforming this sexual act.

The answer to this is most likley no but there is things that could be like a cut in your hand or some thing like this. If you are doing happy ending then you need to be careful anyway because it is to be more sooner or later and then it will be sex so stop it.

No not if no body fliuds are exchanged. If you have a cut on your hand and it is open then yes you have a possibility of contracting one.
