Some STD's can be given by touch. Herpes can be transmitted this way. Usually, if a girl gives you a handjob the odds of getting an STD are extremely low because you aren't trading bodily fluids. Be careful though.

Well if there were vaginal fluids on your hand and the woman had an std there is a real possibility you could contract an STD. Or the other way around, if the man had an std and semen was transferred from the hand to the vaginal area, yes it's possible.

STD's can spread with skin to skin contact, depending on the type.
viruses don't know the difference between just getting hand job and having sex.

I'm sure it's possible (especially if either of you have cuts on your hands/fingers) but I'd think the chances would be pretty slim, compared to full on unprotected sex.
