A thoroughly silly one. You are at just the right age to mock the kid stuff you used to do, without being really ready to party like adults.
One way would be to gather up all the old birthday party decorations and paper plates and napkins and so on that your mother and various mothers of friends may have stashed away in their leftover party goods from years past. Not just from when you were little, but from more recent parties for little sisters and brothers. The dumber, the better. You can probably also find some stuff at a dollar store, and maybe even at the flea market. Get creative!
Now have a big kids acting like little kids party. See if you can find some really old photos, like of your grandparents, of birthday parties for really little kids, and maybe create a collage or digitize them and blow them up, make a composition you can print out on a home computer color printer.
Have a great time! And be sure to let your two or three best friends help you with the decorations and party games. They will have some great ideas, too, and they will make the fun start right at the planning stage.

An entertainment park is a super theory!! different suggestions could be a -stay overall performance, -competition -camping out journeys -picnic -paying for holiday in a super city - a dinner out with pals and then one or 2 back for a sleepover, -snowboarding holiday, -take a limo to someplace like a eating place wish this facilitates!

Have a pizza party at a skating rink. Sounds lame but it's a great way for you and your friends to be loud, rowdy and flirt.

Get some friends and go see a good movie, then back to the house for pizza and cake and ice cream (you're never too old for cake and ice cream)!

You should see if any of your friends have a Karoke machine and have a Karaoke party (Don't forget the disk) Maybe you already have one. It is awesome
