"Samosas" is an Indian appetizer. However, the one thing that resembles that in Chinese is actually fried dumplings, wrapped in the shaped of samosas. As for the fillings, you can put anything you want, ie. pork, shrimps, chinese mushrooms, OR perhaps curry chicken, just to spice it up !

Samosa is an indian food. Chinese don't make Samosa.
Samosa has potatoes, chopped onions, and spices. There is nothing equivalent in Chinese dishes.
