I was thinking more along the lines of lowering blood sugar level immediately, as if taking medications. Looking for alternative to usual prescribed medications. Will walking or other exercise lower blood sugar immediately for a diabetic?

Hi, the man who makes my business cards is diabetic. He took one two ounce shot of a liquid supplement I told him about. That afternoon his level dropped 40 points. After a couple of weeks it leveled at 112. If you have any questions, or want to see more info write me at jmk4health.com. You'll feel better! jim

Exercise is the Key factor in Diabetic Treatment. How do you the Diabetics who had no Insulin survived. They issued the Diabetic a strict Diet and made him exercise until he passed out I would imagine. This is why Heretic don't play a big part in Diabetes, before 1909 what was used for Insulin since it hadn't been invented yet. So the severe Diabetic didn't survive. Get down and do 20 military type push ups a hundred a set or walk a mile or to at a good pace and I will promise you your Blood sugars will drop down and be manageable or lower at least.

I am writing to tell you what an incredible impact these methods had on my life! I have had type 2 diabetes for 27 years. For me, the worst part of this horrible disease is the severe pain I constantly get in my feet. The pain is so bad that I avoid standing and walking as much as possible. I've got to tell you that within the first month, my feet stopped hurting altogether and I can now walk totally pain free.

Believe it or not, I even danced at my niece's wedding last month, something I have not done in a many years. I've been following the book for six months now and my blood sugar is well within normal range. I feel great!

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.
