This is a great magazine as well! On their website, they have a recipe section. I also believe there is info on there regarding what you need! Just remember that beans and legumes have tons of proteins, and dark green leafy veggies have lots of vitamins. (of course, this is not all that has protein or vitamins/calcium, but if you're ever unsure, these are good staples!!)
