can you plan or give me a website that has like a whole week of what to eat or whole dinner ideas that do not include meat but have all the vitamins u need like protein and what not

This is a great magazine as well! On their website, they have a recipe section. I also believe there is info on there regarding what you need! Just remember that beans and legumes have tons of proteins, and dark green leafy veggies have lots of vitamins. (of course, this is not all that has protein or vitamins/calcium, but if you're ever unsure, these are good staples!!)

just go to google and type in vegatarian meals and it should give you all kinds of info.....thats what i do:)
