I would include some kind of green salad, as well as the vegetable. A recipe I like follows. Many of the foods are heavy (which is the fun of a potluck), so you need something to balance them. What about a veggie tray, also? I suppose you will have bread for the chili and bread for the crab salad (like a crostini). What will go with the artichoke dip?
MANDARIN ORANGE SPINACH SALAD
DRESSING:
1/4 c. oil
2 tbsp. white vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
Dash pepper
SALAD:
1/2 c. slivered almonds
3 tbsp. sugar
4 c. torn lettuce
4 c. torn spinach leaves
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1 large can mandarin oranges, drained
Combine dressing ingredients, shake well. Refrigerate 1 hour to blend flavors. In heavy skillet cook almonds and sugar over medium heat until sugar melts and coats almonds, stirring frequently. Pour into foil to cool. Break apart.
In large bowl, combine salad ingredients except oranges. Toss. Add almonds and oranges, toss gently. Pour dressing over salad. Toss. Makes 10 (1 cup) servings.

A relish tray (olives, pickles, radishes, green tail onions, marinated mushrooms, etc.)
Scalloped apples would be good with the pork.
Do you need a vegetarian dish perhaps?
Beverages, fresh brewed ice tea would be awesome! Have sliced lemons & sugar available.
Crackers for the dip and crab salad.
A tossed green salad would be good.
If only one dessert is coming, it would be nice to plan one with chocolate and one without.
Of course, the old standbys of green bean casserole, scalloped corn and cranberry sauce would be pleasing too!
Have a great time!

In my opinon you need another veggie this doesnt say what that will be but I hope it is something like green beans or a great salad with all of the trim.......something green is definately needed here. also something great to drink with it and maybe a fruit of some sort just to help lighten things up a dab.....If you are trying to decide what to bring I would bring some fresh fruit with some dip like the one that uses cream cheese and vanilla frosting

you are missing some salads. i would recommend a spinach salad with mandarins or strawberries with almonds or pecans or a mixed green salad with feta, cranberries and almonds both a raspberry vinegarette or lemon poppy seed one. another salad would be the greek village salad with cucumber, tomato, pepper, red onion, feta and an oil and vinegar dressing with lots of oregeano. i think one of leafy salad and the greek salad would complete the meal. a rice dish would be good too. oh, and a fruit salad that is a lighter option.

A nice green salad
(most of the foods sound wonderful but heavy - something lighter like a salad would be nice)

I think you should put in a fruit and green veggies salad. Without any sauce.
