I drink rice milk over my cereal in the morning and soy as a drink through out the day because this is what I grew up drinking. I am not alergic to anything and even skim milk has more protein than soy, which has way more than rice. Why should I drink soy or rice milk? I am 22, average weight and height, and work out four times a week.

It's a choice. You get more protein from cow's milk, but it can be harder to digest for some folks, because let's face it, it was meant to feed a baby cow, which has four stomachs, not one.
With vitamin enrichment processes going into all three substances, and the vast other ways you can make up for lesser protein in the soy and rice, if you don't have any allergies, it really is entirely up to you. All are good for you. Go with what you like, and adjust the rest of your diet accordingly.

Soy and rice milk are more easily digested, have less fat and no cholesterol. There is also the possibility that hormones that are injected into dairy cows can be passed on through the milk. My opinion is that soy and rice milk are healthier than cow's milk, but if dietary fat and cholesterol are not a concern to you, you could go ahead and switch.

Without researching, the benefit of soy over cow is that it has no cholesterol. Soy is Cholesterol free and with certain brands have the necessary calcium that you need.
