Check with the Doctor to make sure U are ok,first. It could be sleep apnea, the throat collapses during sleeping causing the person stops breathing, which deprives the body of oxygen, momentarily.A CPAP machine is used as treatment, the snoring stops and a more peaceful, restful sleep is obtained.

Yes, You just need to sleep turning your body to the right side not up or left side... Sleeping looking n turning your body to the right side will not make you snore anymore and will also protect ur heart coz ur heart is located at de left side n if u sleep turning ur body to left, u will indirectly press ur heart n u will continue snoring

for this, help of a second person is required.
slightly (warning ;not vigorously) and gently touch any part of snoring person's body.most effective is a touch on the nose.
speak politly into the ear.make it louder if no result.

give them a second pillow, go to bed before the snoring person, move them to another room.....
Sometimes this can be corrected surgically too.
