You know you have the flu when it suddenly hits you out of nowhere. Colds and viruses usually take a couple days to take full effect but the flu is all at once. It sounds like you may have the flu. Rest and drink lots of fluids. If you can, eat a bowl of Total and drink OJ. The OJ will help your body absorb all the vitamins and nutrients faster.

Sounds like you definitely have a virus of some sort. Suggest you see a doctor within the next 24 hours, he/she can start you on Tamiflu to lessen the severity if it is the flu. But it only works if you start it within 48 hours of your first symptoms.

Well if you are getting the flu you would have muscle aches and your chest would hurt, you would have bady chills (being really cold), and you would be probably running a temperature! Sounds like you are getting a cold most likely!

Maybe! Or maybe just a nasty cold... keep watching your temperature, though, and drink plenty of fluids! Sorry you're feeling poorly.
