yes you can treat quorn just like chicken. As long as you kept it in the fridge it will be safe. also the lasagne example you can treat that just like steak mince, and its ok to freeze once cooked. As long as when you defrost it you cook and eat next day. chuck it any longer after that.

identity think of it may be risk-free yet could not assure the flavor. conmsidering Quorn chefs so immediately and you have get right of entry to to a microwave why not in simple terms prepare it at artwork. Take the sauce and quorn and cooked pasta to artwork. you do not would desire to fry it first. i hit upon if its over cooked ie warmed over, quorn has a tendency to bypass somewhat tender, dropping texture.

Yes I use quorn to cook lasagna and other dishes and freeze it. It's perfectly fine. I also keep bits till the next day etc etc and never had a problem.

Yes to both your questions, we do it regularly - also went to a friend's house at Christmas and she had had a Quorn roast for lunch - which was delicious cold with a salad at tea time! Yummy yummy in my tummy , as I used to say many years ago.

yes you can eat it cold and only refreaze something if it has been cooked properly so all you have to do is defrost it and it can be eaten, never, quorn or anything else, refreeze something that hasn't been cooked.

Very versatile stuff, quorn
Yes, it can be eaten cold. And it can be refrozen, as long as it has been properly cooked.
I sometimes mix Quorn with Tvp in pies and call them QT pies

If perhaps it's a fruit it includes seeds, otherwise it's a vegetable. And vegetables are usually grown in the ground while fruits are grown in trees.
