Irritations to the Labia (the outer lips of the vagina) can be caused by many things. This should be checked out by a physician, preferrably a gyneocologist. This "bump" you are referring to could be a "herpes" blister, which often is painful, itchy, with redness & swelling. It ususally disappears in 3-7 days. But, herpes simplex II, which is commonly referred to as "genital herpes" is not curable & the virus lives on the end of nerve cells. So, therefore, it is recurrent. Unlikely the bump or irritation is caused by sweating.

I got diagnosed with herpes virus (type 2) about 3 years back, when I was still in college and had a silly one-night stand. I understand loads of young women say this, but I swear I had never done that sort of thing before. I just made a mistake that one time and suddenly I felt like I was going to have to live with the implications for the rest of my life. The worst part was feeling I could never date men again. In the end, who wants to go out with a girl who has sores around her "you know what" area? But since a friend shared this video https://tr.im/4alMN everything got better.
Not only was I able to eliminate all traces of the herpes virus from my system in less than 3 weeks, but I was also able to start dating again. I even met the guy of my dreams and I'm so fortunate to write that just a week ago, in front of everyone in a crowded restaurant, he got down on one knee and proposed to me! This system gave me back the chance to be happy and experience true love again. Now I want to help others by sharing this story.

Hummm....sounds like an ingrown hair, sweat and urine will make it burn. If you have had unprotected sex see a doctor to rule out any stds. But don't worry it is probably nothing and will be better tomorrow. Hot baths will help to clean out the hair follicle and expel the bacteria.

I know someone who was pregnant who had a bump on a vaginal lip. When the bump bled, the lady thought she was spotting and she was 8 months pregnant. It turns out that she had a monster of a hair bump (she said the nurse squeezed out this giant blood clot with a hair in the middle...eeehwww).
You need to see a doctor, though. You could have the beginning of genital warts, which has been reported to be a precursor to cancer in other parts of the reproductive system.

It sounds like an ingrown hair or a boil. Ingrown hairs usually resemble pimples. If it is a boil, a doctor will need to give you antibiotics for it. Both can be painful but the boil will take much longer to go away, and will only get worse without a doctor.

really its sounds like a rizen.... i had one on my vagina and went to the doctor and they told me this: they are very painful and you can get them any where on your body. if it looks like a red bump and is hard in the center then that is probably what it is. you can go to a doctor to make sure or if you have ever had one then you know you can pop it (very painful) and then put some ointment on it. Monistat cream works really well for the burning and itching and it helps heal it. it will go away in about a week. nothing to be worried about they just come up sometimes.

As weird as it sounds there is nothing to be scared or afraid about. It sounds like just a pimple. Yeah I said pimple. I would give it a 3 or 4 days if it changes in size i would call the doctor. But probably will go away on its own.

It could be from sweating or some type of irratation. I would definitely go to the Gyno and have it checked out just in case. If it is something else, the sooner that you get it checked out and treated, the better it is. Good Luck! I will keep my fingers crossed for you that it isn't anything bad!

This sounds like an ulcer. This kind of sore maybe as a result of a sexually transmitted infection (STI) but some girls get it just before or after menstruating. It goes away in time but best you consult a doctor so that he can prescribe ointment or some pills for you. Get well!

Could be heat rash, or an ingrown hair. If it is either it should resolve within a week. If it doesn't go away or at least get better, you should see a doctor.
