it makes me nervouse that i don't eat. i love eating, i'm just not hungry. i don't have belimea or anerexia or anything like that, but i almost always skip breakfast and lunch. i only eat dinner because i have to eat it with family. if i eat breakfast it would be a cup of cocoa or a small yogurt. lunch i only eat when i'm with my friends when they are buying lunches. i buy one too because i have the money and i have no reason not to. eating doesn't change the way i feel. i don't get full, i don't get more hungry, an di don't feel sick when i do eat. i just don't feel the need to eat. well, thats not completely true. i have an eating problem called hypoglocimia. it's the opposite of diabetes. most people with this have to make sure they always have food in them. i don't i ignore it exept when it gets bad, then i eat bread or cheese which makes the feeling of blood sugar drop go away. i don't know what this means or what i should do. help please?

um, i'm not loosing wieght. i think i might be gaining some. i'm not really self consious.

i can eat as much as a normal person. i can eat more or less, i just don't feel hungry. i forget to eat almost as if i didn't need food. of course, i have never skipped dinner, but if i did, i not sure if i would eat exept maybe a yogurt or half a bannana a day.

you're not hungry.. makes sense not to eat.. but your body runs on the food you consume.. therefore i would suggest you provide some... start by eating a hearty breakfast... then as your day progresses eat two small meals if you're not that hungry... but it's important to consume so your body doesn't burn it's own muscle... [that's what makes anorexia bad] you said you're gaining weight.. which is probably from not eating healthy... consult a medical professional for more help.. and good luck!

it sounds like its almost an anxiety to not eat and your almost making up excuses not to eat. but i can do the same thing to, try to snack on something during the day so ppl dont think theres something wrong.
