Im not sure if there really is a cure, but whenever i feel an attack coming on i do breathing exercises i learned from a healing practitioner.
I used a inhaler, and nebulizer for years, but since i learned this technique i havent had to use any medication at all for 5 years now.
Inhale through your nose deeply(make sure your stomach goes out)hold for 3 seconds, then purse your lips and pretend your blowing out a candle as you exhale(bringing your stomach in as far as possible)
It helps loosen up the mucus so you can cough it up.
It really works! My friends son does this to and it works for him.

You don't cure asthma-you can suppress the symptoms by going to the doctor and getting an inhaler.

Go to a Dr. and get some medication to control it. If it's aggravated by allergies, get tested, and get allergy shots. I don't think there really is a cure for asthma.

You can't "cure" asthma. Sometims people grow out of it as they get older. You can see your doctor for medication to help your breathing. Asthma can be caused by stress, allergies, weakened lungs, smoking, etc. You can get relief of the symptoms - call your doctor.

you cant cure asthma. you are born with it. All you can do it avoid what makes it bad, like cigarette smoke or whatever. You can also take an inhaler or Advair, and if it is really bad like mine take a nebulizer. I currently have Pneumonia and have my asthma really really bad.....
