Pre-cooked foods need to be brought to a temperature of 160 F for saftey. Use an instant read thermometer, if you have one, and check the temperature in the center of the thickest part. You should keep it covered in a 300 - 325 F oven for 30 - 45 min.
Slice it up before hand and heat each portion in just minutes! I am a cook and noone ever knows, anyone who says they can tell if you microwaved food is full of it in my experience.

about 30-40 mins in a pre-heated oven @ 150 deg C. Wrap it in foil 1st.
Carve it first, and lay it out flatter, and it will probably 'do' in 20-25mins. Again wrap it in foil, or cover the tray tightly, as close to the meat as possible (ie leaving little space for hot air to move around)
Turkey can be quite dry, so if you a add a little chicken stock, it won't heat 'so dried out'.
the longer you heat it the 'drier' it will become.
if you were cooking it from raw it would take 1hr 20 mins @ 180 deg C.
If you're serving 'bought' cranberry sc. with it- adding a dash of port can really spice it up
hope it's been of help.....sw
