Blood pressure is too low if you have problems caused by low blood pressure. Typical problems are dizziness when standing up rapidly, bouts of blurry vision, or swelling in your ankles from fluid retention. If you are not experiencing problems, don't worry about it.

Below 90/60 might cause concern in blood donation, because if it went down too much you might faint. A normal young person can have BP as low as 80/50 with no problems.
