if a vagina has a fishy odor it can be anything abnormal go to the gyn and get tested theyll do tests for stds yeast infections chlymidia and anything that u ask for

It's the number one indicator of bacterial vaginosis. It's something you need to see the doctor about; they will write a perscription. It's easy to reat, but it does need to be treated.

Sometimes that can indicate an infection. Sometimes it's just poor hygiene.
