Roughly 2.5 to 3.5 liters for an average person for total inspiration and expiration (also called the Vital Capacity). If you want "Total Lung Capacity" (TLC) you'll need to include deadspace (the air in your lungs that does not ventilate), you're looking at another liter or two (about 4.5 to 5.5 L total). For folks with emphysema, the TLC is much more than people with normal lungs.

You can probably download a calculator on the Internet. Look for Vital Capacity or TLC Calculator. The volumes vary by size of the individual. Race, Gender, Age, also play a part.

The normal adult lung, fully expanded, can hold about 5 liters ( 5000 cc) of air.

It depends on how tall and how much one weighs. It is usually 10-15ml/kg of body weight.
