it's a way of referring to men's ugly bits, you know the bits that they hide in their trousers but are always playing with. I mean, if you look at it, it really does look like the last chicken - the rejected one that no-one wants - trussed and slung at the back of the cold cabinet. Very unappetising.

Umm its quite a rude term refers to the action of men rearranging their genitila.
And the way it looks after they have done this certain thing alludes to the scrawniest looking chicken left in sainsburys - unwanted because its so horrible
