So can Gonorrhea,
HSV (Herpes Simplex Virus, Genital Herpes),
Genital HPV infection (human papillomavirus, Genital Warts)
and Syphilis.

All of them is right! Always be worried about HIV. More commonly transmitted disease are herpes and gonorrhea and chlamydia. but things like syphillis and HPV are possible too.
