If he hasn't been sexually active maybe the "pimples" are not an STD. They could be some type of skin condition. He should go to the doctor & get checked out.

moloscum contagious (maybe spelt wrong). My partner had the same thing and i know he hasnt slept around, they are caught through sex but also through sharing towells, contact etc
