Could my recent tinnitus be from a severe brain damage that I had thirty years ago?

I had seizures for several years after the accident and still on anti-seizure meds. I do have a very slight hearing loss and tried hearing aids that did not help. I also had sinus damage from the accident and still have sinus problems. I hear more of a buzzing noise than ringing.

I would say it's quite likely. A friend of mine had a bad bicycle crash some years ago. The Tinnitus didn't kick in until years after the accident, but he firmly believes it was directly related to that crash.

I know that's not a great answer, but the best I can throw in.
