I've had this crap since Wednesday, just wondering if there are other sufferers out there too! Runny nose, congestion, dry coughing...

Okay I think I have beat you all... I've been coughing into one cold after the other since bid October... almost $200 in dr and prescription bills... and still coughing as I type...
It started off I think sinus related, then went to straight up congestion, that lead to inner ear infection and infected ear drum (fun er visit there!) Then was getting better for about 2 days, slowly came back with a horrible persistant sore throat, gave it to the boyfriend, was on antibiotics, he gave it back to me, both went and got antibiotics, slept in different rooms, lost my voice for about 3 days with raspy-ness for another 2, felt better just to start all over. Now I am with post nasal drip, nothing is working, and coughing every time I breath!
Grr... have fun!

It all depends on where you are living at. Many people are suffering from allergies up North (NY area) due to the warmer weather. In the winter, the snow compresses everything (mold spores and other allergens) so allergies are not as common. With the warm weather, it mold is still able to fly around, inducing allergy symptoms such as: Runny nose, sneezing, cough, and congestion. Colds and flus are also prevalent this time of year due to the virus (active mostly Nov.-March). The best thing is to get alot of rest, take vitamin C, frequent handwashing, and good nutrition. If symptoms persist, you should see your doctor. There are antivirals on the market to help quell the cold/flu symptoms faster.

I've had the same since last Tuesday. I had, sore throat, stuffy nose, then runny nose, I lost my voice for 2 days and now I have a bad cough. HELP!!!! LOL

I do. I have bronchitis. I have been sick for over a WEEK! I went to the dr Saturday and got a shot and some medicine. I feel a little better but not well. I have school tomorrow!

Ugh, totally! Mine started December 28th and has just been awful. A couple of my friends got sick around the same time too. I know how you feel!

My dad and my oldest son have it. I noticed a lot of people at church have had it, too! The elders say we need a good snow to take care of this!
