I can tell when my blood sugar is low because I get dizzy and a little bit shaky, sometimes even when I'm not that hungary. What foods can I eat to get rid of this feeling and what else should I do? Does it mean I'm pre-diabetic?

My friend get this problem also, she always take some candies with her. When she feel dizzy, she will eat one. Actually, you can eat some red dates, jumble beads, bone's soup sometimes. And something that is high in iron will also help, like spinage. Liver also helps.

You'll only know if you're pre-diabetic if you GET TESTED! Go see your doctor if you're feeling dizzy and shaky sometimes. Non-fat or low-fat milk work the best for the fewest calories. Lactose in the milk raises your blood sugar quickly, but the protein in it stabilizes it. Drinking juice or sugary drinks and THEN eating peanut butter and crackers, etc., especially if you're not even hungry is a lot of effort and calories! Yogurt is also a good choice, but doesn't seem to get into your system as quickly as milk.

I am writing to tell you what an incredible impact these methods had on my life! I have had type 2 diabetes for 27 years. For me, the worst part of this horrible disease is the severe pain I constantly get in my feet. The pain is so bad that I avoid standing and walking as much as possible. I've got to tell you that within the first month, my feet stopped hurting altogether and I can now walk totally pain free.

Believe it or not, I even danced at my niece's wedding last month, something I have not done in a many years. I've been following the book for six months now and my blood sugar is well within normal range. I feel great!

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

Have your sugar checked by your doctor. It's a simple finger prick test. Go over your health history with him/her and determine your status relative to diabetes.

When I was pregnant, I experienced frequent bouts of low blood sugar...got shaky and dizzy like you. I used to eat those cheese crackers with peanut butter filling. Did the trick every time! You could also carry a few pieces of hard candy with you. Pop one in that'll bring up the sugar quickly. Or, few sips of orange juice.

Good luck.

If you have low blood sugar you need to get this checked by the doc. You first want to eat something high in sugar like pure sugar or a sugar soda like regular coke or OJ with a packet of sugar in it in. This will raise the blood sugar fast but then be sure to eat something high in protein such as yogurt or cheese and crackers or peanut butter. This is to help stabalize your blood sugar. Do see the doc about your blood sugar though so they can test for hypoglycemia and for diabetes etc.

You are glucose sensitive.Take care that you eat some lean proteins, the meals (3 main meals and 2 snacks) are to be on every 3-4 hours, avoid sugary drinks and pastry, use whole grain bread and non sugared cereals, cut fats, have several almonds and non fat yogurt for snack ... and have your blood sugar profile done at a lab.

You can't get diabetic from low blood sugar. You might want to try to eat sugar, probably drink it with extra sweet ice tea. But I suggest to consult with doctor about how may sugar to take so that your blood sugar won't be too high

Orange juice or better than that a whole orange. If diabetis runs in your family or not it is better if you get checked. A simple blood test should tell you what you want to know.
