CVD. Arterosclerosis. All types of cancers... lung, mouth, throat, cervical. you name it.
the American Lung Association has a bunch of stuff.
ATECAR, Center for Asian Health might have a few facts on their websites.
Regretably, I do not remember all the websites that I went to when I did my research on the negative effects of smoking.

smoking affects the whole body because the inhaled smoke gets delivered into your bloodstream into the whole body. Therefore it is the cause of many cancers, not just lung and oral cancers. Also emphysema, COPD, asthma [worsens it], poor nutition, decreased ability to taste and smell, etc, etc.
