I am not diabetic but I might be heading there based on how much my sugar swings. Has anybody in this type of situation been able to knock off that darn pad of belly fat? Last year at this time I was 12 lbs lighter.

I don't eat that much but my sugar goes up to the 130s and then crashes to the 80s and I'm guessing this is causing my fat to build up and not go away.

This seems to be simply from avoiding meat and eating fruit or honey and low-fat ice cream at times. I hardly eat any fat. But I'm getting fat anyway.

I eat whole-grain, low-carb, low-fat bread only and eat low-carb, low-sugar oatmeal and don't drink sodas. I'm careful.

What am I doing wrong? Something, apparently, b/c it's all being stored as fat. And my sugar should not go that high.

You are doing many things wrong. Not eating meat is fine but the stress from worrying about it is hurting you. You need more fat. Bad fats make you fat. Good fats burn better and make you thin. Eat avocados but don't eat them for desert. You need good carbs not bad carbs. Celery is a good carb and wheat is a bad one.

Also bread (wheat) is not a whole grain so even without fat it fattens you and makes your blood sugar crazy. See site below to get the whole story. Site tells how American Diabetes Association tells how fruit makes you thin, yet you worry about that creating stress that destroys your health.

I've attempted many diets and could not make some thing paintings. Since having my first baby, I've been sporting round another 30 kilos. This vitamin simply made feel and confirmed me that the whole thing I used to be doing earlier than used to be improper and a waste of my time. The plan used to be so fresh and so functional to comply with. I did the whole thing plan mentioned and misplaced 23 kilos within the first 3 weeks. I'm now establishing the vitamin once more to lose 7 extra kilos. This plan has modified my existence. Get began in these days!
