Do deep breathing for about 15-30 minutes so more oxygen will enter your system daily.

Cut off your drink and smoke by 25% instead eat more rich food with vitamins.

After a week cut down another 25%. do walk for about 2-3 km per day.

like wise for week 3 & week 4.

Instant stopping of these will lead to some other psychological/physical side effects.

Pray to God to give u the strength to cut out the drinks & smoking habits. And on completion of stopping, make a commitment that u will help some one with similar problem, or donate some money to an orphanage in your area.

see a doctor. A lot of chest pains don't originate in the chest, but the nervous system is sort of cross wired.

But there are enough serious as in fatal conditions that show up as chest pains, that you need to see a doctor to find out.

If it isn't one of them, then you are blessed, smile a lot and whistle a happy tune.
But the only way to find out is to SEE A DOCTOR.
Quickly. Waiting to see if it gets better first is not a good decision.
