i need one day of indian cuisine under the following guidelines-
6-11 srevings of carbs
4-6 veggies
3-5 fruits
3-4 dairy products
2-3 proteins
1-2 servings of oil/butter/snacks
breakfast, lunch and dinner

for breakfast,
prepare puffed rice, which is called poha, or upma, made from suji, that is rawa, from wheat.
for lunch,
plain rice , dal, salad in curds, chapatis, caulifower vegetable with potatoes, bananas in milk, cocnut-coriander -mint chutney.
for afternoon snack, pakoras,
for dinner,
mixed veg. rice with moong daal, kadhi, papad, ladies' fingers vegetable, cucumber -tomato salad in curd, and semiyan pudding in milk.
