Try tacos de lengua (cow tongue tacos) You can find the tongue in any grocery store...Boil the tongue for 2 hrs or until soft, remove the outter skin, then finely chop the meat or slice it into little pieces. Then fry with a little oil.I assume you don't know how to make real tortillas so you can buy the tortillas in the bag (bandarita) Get some cilantro and chopped onions for topping and maybe some radishes if you like. Along with limes..Warm the tortillas ,place meat in add toppings and squeeze lime over it..and woalaa..lol good luck

make tortillas and ground meat.
meat: 1 lb ground meat, half and onion chopped, 1 tsp cayenne pepper, salt and as much chili powder as you like. Brown all that together.
tortillas: 6 cups flour, 1 1/2 tsp baking powder, 6 tsp shortening and salt. make little balls and then roll them out with a rolling pin. cook tham in a mostly dry pan on about 3 and they're excellent :)
Old wives tale: if the tortilla has big bubbles, your motherinlaw likes you lol

When I was in High school, I made pan de muerto for Easter, which is when we did our feast of poorly made student food/homework. Don't forget the Tums!

Ripe avocadoes, One or two minced jalapeno peppers, cilantro, salt, pepper, and you're done. If you wanna make it creamy, ad a little bit of sour cream.
