You have every right to feel sorry for yourself...you don't feel well and you need comfort. Try a very steamy bath and as the steam comes up, rest your head way back to let your sinuses drain and relax a little. Warm tea with honey can do wonders in opening up your sinuses and making your throat feel better, too. You'd be surprised at how easy it can be to fall asleep, if you allow yourself to rest. You can't rest online...so you need to turn off everything and allow your body to relax a bit. Try visualizing yourself in your favorite place in the world as you deep breathe...in through the nose as much as possible for a 3 count...hold for three...and then out through the mouth for a slow 3 count. First i sorry to hear you not well. Phone in sick soon as you can. I had it for 10 days now and still off work. It goes on and on I felt good one minute and ill again soon after. If it is viral flu dr says lastd about 10 days and anti biotics wont help. I find those plug in sudafed air things good. Lay in a hot steamy bath too to release congestion. Hope you better soon.

If you have Benylin take a dose of it. or lemon tea with a spoon of honey and a paracetamol. or a cup of tea with a shot of whisky in it. Might help you feel better, but probably wont actually do you much good. Early to bed plenty of sleep.

Try some pour orange juice crush 2 paracetamol in then heat it up drink it as hot as you can it helps

phone is sick in the morning. st your alarm to do so. than goto nearest off licence. get a bottle of brady. have a few then fall asleep. after calling in sick for work. finish of brandy then go back to sleep. happy days

hey babe,take the paracetamol,huge mug of hot tea(chamomile if u got it)light candles and run a hot bubble bath,repeat as necessary.allso,look down the list of questions and you'll see lots of people who are lonely,take comfort that its not you!sending you a big HUG as last ditch attempt.x
